It was already an honor to be an Official Selection of the Newark International Film Festival and then we recieved notification of being nominated.  Of course we were elated when our name was called as the winners in the category and Latinegras founder, Omilani Alarcòn won as Best Director of a Documentary. Thanks to the Nominating Committee and Newark IFF for this beautiful award.
